Shipping

Nifti SafeLatch™ ships orders from Hendersonville North Carolina via Standard USPS (United States Parcel Service) to addresses in the United States and are able to ship to PO Boxes addresses. We only ship to addresses in the continuous United States do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Refused Shipments 

Once an order has been shipped from Nifti SafeLatch™, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by the customer or canceled during transit, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges to and from the customer's location. Also, refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee. 

 

International 
We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States.

 

 

Returns

Nifti SafeLatch™ will gladly accept a return for product that is in new, unused condition. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

 

If you have purchased the product directly from Nifti SafeLatch™, before you send us the item all returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please click here to request a RMA number, or email Sales@NiftiSafeLatch.com. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for refund or credit after obtaining a RMA number.

 

To be eligible for a refund or credit, new, unused products must be clean and free of pet hair. If the product contains pet hair and/or dirt, the product will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Returned merchandise should include the original receipt, packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customerWe recommend insuring the package and please make sure to include the original receipt, packaging and tags and make sure that the product is in the same condition as when it was received. Used products cannot be returned unless there is obvious evidence of a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, for details please see Warranty Replacement. Please include the R/A number, contact information (name, address, phone, email) in your package so that we may contact you if necessary.

 

Nifti SafeLatch™ will issue a credit or refund, depending on the method of payment for the amount of the returned item(s) within three business days of receipt. However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

For items you wish to exchange, please follow the return instructions above, and then place a new order for the items you would like. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Please note shipping charges are not covered in the exchange.
