We want you to be completely happy with your order. We recommend carefully trying Nifti SafeLatch™ while keeping the packaging intact. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective merchandise as stated below.

 

Our products are rigorously tested and we proudly guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a product that has a defect please return the product to the original place of purchase for warranty assistance.

 

If you have purchased the product directly from Nifti SafeLatch™ on our website, please follow the guidelines below so we can take care of you and your pet!

 

 

Warranty Replacement

Your product is covered for 60 days from date of receipt from manufactures defects in material and workmanship. If you purchased online directly from us and are in need of warranty replacement, please email us at Sales@NiftiSafeLatch.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours. If you purchased elsewhere, please return the product to the original place of purchase for warranty assistance.

 

Nifti SafeLatch™ reserves the right to replace or credit defective products at our discretion. We will not cover normal wear and tear (damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging), damage from the canine, such as chewing, incidental damage, like tearing, or improper sizing. Damage caused by using D-rings with sharp edges is not covered. Modifications, alterations, negligence or use for a purpose other than for which it was intended is also not covered. 

We know dogs can be hard on their equipment! If you experience damage that occurs as the result of normal wear and tear or damage from the canine, please contact us and we will take a look at the issue and see what we can do to help. Let us help find a solution for you.
