Dealer Terms & Conditions
Safely protecting pets, we are proud of what Nifti SafeLatch™ Pet Safety Leash has become. As we grow, we look forward to adding new designs and products and ensuring a good fit between us is critical to our mutual success.
By submitting our Dealer Application you agree to the following:
Active Dealer Status
1. Brand Presentation: Nifti SafeLatch™ products presented online or in print must show the current product images and Nifti SafeLatch logo, available at NiftiSafeLatch.com in the Dealer Resources section. Images must be clear and in-focus. All Nifti SafeLatch™ products must be identified with the Nifti SafeLatch™ brand name and the current product name (i.e.,“Pet Safety Leash”).
2. Third Party Reselling: Nifti SafeLatch™ does not authorize third party reselling (the practice of an Dealer selling Nifti SafeLatch™ products to another retailer). Dealers may market Nifti SafeLatch™ products on third party websites provided said Dealer is clearly identified and fulfills the order. Those Dealers who engage in third party retailing by selling Nifti SafeLatch™ products to other retailers will lose their Dealer status immediately and will no longer be allowed to purchase Nifti SafeLatch™ products at wholesale prices.
3. Amount and Order Frequency: Low minimum order requirements. Wholesale minimum order amount for Nifti SafeLatch™ Dealers is 12 units. To maintain active status, Dealers must place a minimum of two orders per year and have annual sales that exceed $1,000.
4. Minimum Advertising Price Policy: Nifti SafeLatch™ expects that all Nifti SafeLatch™ Pet Safety Leashes, will be advertised at $15.99 to $20 MSRP every day, Dealers may advertise to sell no lower than the Minimum Advertising Price.
5. Payment: Nifti SafeLatch™ requires prepayment for all purchases. For immediate service, credit cards are accepted at our online wholesale store by logging into your dealer account at or email Sales@NiftiSafeLatch.com to place your order.
6. Affiliate Marketing: Dealers utilizing Affiliate Marketing are responsible for ensuring all content, logos, imagery, and product information is current and all advertised prices are in compliance with the Nifti SafeLatch™ Minimum Advertising Price Policy as stated above.
7. Selling Outside of the U.S.: Dealers located in the United States may not distribute or promote Nifti SafeLatch™ products outside of the United States and its territories.
Terms & Conditions
1. Drop Ship: We apologize for any inconvenience but we are currently not accepting any drop ship accounts.
2. Pricing: All Nifti SafeLatch™ pricing is subject to change without notice. Please contact Sales@NiftiSafeLatch.com with any questions.
3. Shipping: FREE Shipping - Purchase twelve (12) or more Nifti SafeLatch™ Pet Safety Leashes on and we'll ship standard USPS First Class to addresses within the continuous United States for FREE! Nifti SafeLatch™ ships orders via USPS, FedEx or UPS to addresses in the United States. We are able to ship to PO Boxes addresses only via USPS (United States Parcel Service). We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
4. Refused Shipments
Once an order has been shipped from Nifti SafeLatch™, Dealers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by the Dealer or canceled during transit, the Dealer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges to and from the Dealer's location. Also, refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee.
5. Shipping Discrepancies & Shortages: Shipping discrepancies, shortages, or invoicing errors must be reported in writing to Nifti SafeLatch™ at email Sales@NiftiSafeLatch.com within three business days of shipment receipt.
6. Backorders: Standard shipping charges apply to backorders.
7. Warranty: If one of your customers would like to make a return due to quality, please provide them with a credit or exchange per your store’s policy. Then, complete an online Dealer Warranty Form and we will credit your account. The Dealer Warranty Form can be accessed via the ‘Dealers’ section by logging into your account at or accessed via the ‘Retail’ section. Nifti SafeLatch™ reserves the right to replace or credit defective products at our discretion. For more detail please see Dealer Warranty.
8. Returns: To submit a return, you must obtain a Dealer Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Nifti SafeLatch™ within 30 days of invoice date, please complete the Dealer Return Form. To receive proper credit, this RA# must be included with your returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be received within 90 days of the issued Return Authorization. Returns will not be accepted on discontinued items. Items that are not in resalable condition (e.g., damaged packaging, non-Nifti SafeLatch™ pricing stickers) will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
9. Other Terms: The terms specified herein are the only terms under which Nifti SafeLatch™ will sell our merchandise. We do not agree to terms and conditions stipulated on a buyer’s purchase order or similar documents unless an agreement is reached in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Nifti Solutions, Inc.
